Operators who build software
OpsPoint was built by people who ran operations before they wrote software for them — businesses where the schedule, the fleet and the crew were the whole business, and where the tooling on the market never quite fit.
Where we come from
Years spent running asset-heavy, schedule-driven businesses across marine, hospitality and field operations — quoting against a calendar, moving crews and equipment, reconciling what came back against what went out. The software for those businesses was built because nothing off the shelf handled high-value physical assets, date-bound commitments and multi-location logistics without a fight.
What that means in practice: we have lived the load-in window, the double-booking and the write-off, and we build against those rather than against a feature list. OpsPoint is that tooling — and that experience — offered to operators with the same problems.
What we build
A running operations platform, and Quartermaster, the AI assistant that works across it. The platform ships with:
- CRM
- Pipeline
- KPI cards
- AI briefings
- Lead scoring
- Invoicing & collections
- Automation API bridge
Next.js · TypeScript · Tailwind · Supabase
Client engagements extend this platform — you are not paying us to invent it. The three systems it powers are on the services page.
How we think about the work
Operations before marketing — fix the leak before turning up the tap. More demand poured into a business that loses margin between the sale and the delivery just loses margin faster.
Custom where it matters, honest where it doesn't. Some problems deserve software built to how you operate; some are better served by an off-the-shelf answer, a process change, or a hire — and we will say which is which, because pretending otherwise sells more software but worse outcomes.
What clients own
Everything: the code, the data, the documentation, and the accounts it runs on. No lock-in, no licence held over anyone's head. We say this on How We Work as a term of engagement — it belongs here too, because it is how we think firms like ours should behave.

A note on being early
We say this before anyone has to ask: OpsPoint is new. The operating experience and the software are not. What being early means for you is unusual focus — early clients get senior attention on every part of the engagement, because each one is existential for us in a way it will never be again.
